Annual Statements

ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT

Contribution Statements will be ready for pick-up on February 1, 2025.

If you plan to contribute before the year end, please send your contribution, postmarked by December 31, 2024 to the Parish Office or drop off in the collection basket by December 31, 2024.  This will ensure your contribution is included for the calendar year 2024.

Donations received after December 31, 2024 will be posted to 2025.

Note:

1. To get a copy of the statement, please submit the Annual Contribution Statement Request Slip available in the church entrances/parish office or online.
2. Be sure to update your personal information in your parish registration if there are any changes at: sjvparish.com/reg.
